slachtoffers van de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Sinds 1961 herdenken we ook de slachtoffers van oorlogssituaties en vredesoperaties waarbij Nederland betrokken was na Tweede Wereldoorlog.<\/p><p>Samen met LVNL heeft Lelystad Airport een 4 mei protocol wat geldt tijdens de nationale herdenking. Dit betekent:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Tussen 19.40 en 20.15 lt. wordt geen toestemming om op te starten en\/of taxi\u00ebn verleend.*<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Tussen 19.50 en 20.20 lt. wordt geen start- of landingsklaring verstrekt.*<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Bovenstaande tijden zijn ook per NOTAM gepubliceerd.<\/p><p><em>*Behoudens HEMS vluchten\/calamiteiten<\/em><\/p><p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=\"Werkzaamheden Fuelstation Delta vanaf 11 april 2023\" icon_color=\"#512479\" toggle_icon=\"\uf055||fa||900\" use_icon_font_size=\"on\" icon_font_size=\"30px\" open_icon_color=\"#512479\" open_use_icon_font_size=\"on\" open_icon_font_size=\"30px\" _builder_version=\"4.20.0\" _module_preset=\"default\" title_text_color=\"#000000\" title_font=\"|600|||||||\" background_color=\"#FFFFFF\" border_radii=\"on|10px|10px|10px|10px\" box_shadow_style=\"preset3\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p>Vanaf dinsdag 11 april 2023 zullen de verholen goten langs Fuelstation Delta worden vervangen.<\/p><p><img class=\"wp-image-368722 alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.lelystadairport.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/knipsel230404.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"734\" height=\"309\" \/><\/p><p><strong>Uitvoeringsperiode<\/strong><\/p><p>De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd vanaf dinsdag 11 april 2023.<br \/>Duur van de werkzaamheden wordt geschat op 4 weken, met mogelijk uitloop i.v.m. weersomstandigheden.<\/p><p><strong>Fueling proces<\/strong><\/p><p>Tijdens de werkzaamheden gelden de volgende bijzonderheden t.a.v. fueling:<\/p><ul><li>De <em>self service units<\/em> (SSU\u2019s) voor AVGAS 100LL en JET A1 op Fuel Station D zijn niet beschikbaar<\/li><li>Alternatieve tanklocaties: Vliegtuigen met een spanwijdte tot 15 meter (AVGAS 100LL en JET A1) worden betankt op Fuel Station C. Vliegtuigen met een spanwijdte van 15 meter of meer (AVGAS 100LL en JET A1) worden betankt op het D-platform of het L-platform (voor de nieuwe passagiersterminal).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Notams<\/strong><\/p><p>Voor deze tijdelijke situatie wordt een NOTAM uitgegeven.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=\"Ingebruikname Noordelijk Areaal per 26 januari 2023\" icon_color=\"#512479\" toggle_icon=\"\uf055||fa||900\" use_icon_font_size=\"on\" icon_font_size=\"30px\" open_icon_color=\"#512479\" open_use_icon_font_size=\"on\" open_icon_font_size=\"30px\" _builder_version=\"4.20.0\" _module_preset=\"default\" title_text_color=\"#000000\" title_font=\"|600|||||||\" background_color=\"#FFFFFF\" border_radii=\"on|10px|10px|10px|10px\" box_shadow_style=\"preset3\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p>Per donderdag 26 januari zal het Noordelijk Areaal in gebruik worden genomen. Met deze mail willen we u informeren over de operationele consequenties hiervan.<\/p><p><strong>Betrokken infrastructuur<\/strong><\/p><p>Onder het Noordelijk Areaal (NA) wordt verstaan de infrastructuur ten noordwesten van de start-\/landingsbaan. Specifiek worden de volgende delen operationeel in gebruik genomen:<\/p><ul><li>Taxiways N, A, A1 en A2<\/li><li>Apron L<\/li><\/ul><p><img class=\"wp-image-367064 alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.lelystadairport.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/temp.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"831\" height=\"473\" \/><\/p><p>De FATO en de HELEX zijn eveneens op het Noordelijk Areaal gelegen. Deze 2 helikoptergebieden waren al operationeel in gebruik sinds 7 november 2019.<\/p><p><strong>Gebruik<\/strong><\/p><p>Het Noordelijk Areaal wordt primair gebruikt voor grotere bezoekende business aviation-vliegtuigen (spanwijdtes tussen de 24 en 36 meter). Voor het parkeren van dergelijke toestellen zijn vier vliegtuigopstelplaatsen beschikbaar: L5 t\/m L8. Daarnaast kan het Noordelijk Areaal worden gebruikt voor langetermijnstalling (meerdere dagen) van kleinere bezoekende toestellen. Hierover kunnen vooraf afspraken worden gemaakt met de Operationele Dienst (OD). Vliegtuigen met genoemde grotere spanwijdte (24-36m) van op LA gevestigde bedrijven blijven op het Zuidelijk Areaal (ZA) afgehandeld worden.<\/p><p><strong>Operationele consequenties<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Algemeen<\/span><\/p><p>De belangrijkste operationele consequentie van de ingebruikname van het Noordelijk Areaal zal zijn dat vliegers grondverkeer zullen waarnemen op de noordelijke rijbanen en het noordelijke Apron L. Ook kan de baan vanaf 26 januari vanaf beide kanten opgereden en verlaten worden: het oprijden kan via N1 of N2 voor de startrichting 23 en via N4 of N3 voor de startrichting 05. Vliegverkeer vanaf het huidige (Zuidelijke) areaal - dat bij take-off normaal gesproken gebruik maakt van de intersecties S1 en S5 - kan dus ook vertrekkend verkeer verwachten vanaf het fysieke begin van de startbaan. Landend verkeer moet er rekening mee houden dat vliegverkeer met bestemming Noordelijk Areaal de baan zal verlaten via N2 (i.g.v. een landing op baan 05) of N3 (i.g.v. een landing op baan 23).<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Gebruik FATO\/HELEX<\/span><\/p><p>FATO\/HELEX operators zijn inmiddels door LA en de LVNL apart ge\u00efnformeerd over de ingebruikname van het Noordelijk Areaal per 26 januari. Concreet geldt plaatselijk: Indien er vliegverkeer op rijbaan N moet taxi\u00ebn tussen N3 en A2, moeten helikopters in de FATO of HELEX aan de grond worden geparkeerd of invoegen in het trainingscircuit.<\/p><p><strong>Communicatie<\/strong><\/p><p>De ingebruikname van het Noordelijk Areaal is in het AIP verwerkt per effective date 26 JAN 2023.
